SOMERVILLE — The Somerville Licensing Commission voted 3-0 to zero out operating hours for the Rosebud after it stayed closed more than 30 days without notice. Chair Joseph P. Lynch and Commissioners Christopher Allen and Jacques Thomas Jr. heard owner Babu Kohambi say the closure stems from stalled talks to buy the 381 Summer Street building from the landlord, with an answer expected "in two to three weeks." New licenses were also approved for La Cosecha Corp. and Ray Nutrition LLC, while Whole Foods and Wings Over Somerville were continued after no applicant appeared.
