Clerk's Office Outlines Nov. 3 Election Deadlines

Community Bulletin Board · Meeting of October 9, 2026

Littleton Clerk's Office details deadlines ahead of the Nov. 3 town election. The office said polls open 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the Littleton Middle School's Charles Forbes K. Gymnasium, with in-person early voting at Town Hall's Multipurpose Room beforehand.

Voter registration closes Saturday, October 24, at 3 p.m.; mail-in ballot requests are due Tuesday, October 27, by 5 p.m.; in-person absentee ballot requests are due Monday, November 2, by noon. "No signature, no ballot," the office warned, urging voters to sign applications and add a phone number in case information is missing. Massachusetts voters need not declare a party and receive a single ballot.

The office said it "does not control the Postal Service" and advised against waiting until the last minute to request a mail-in ballot.
