Children's Room Marks 30 Years With Sept. 27 Community Walk
LEXINGTON — The Children's Room, a Lexington-based grief support center for children and teens, will hold a community walk on Sept. 27 to celebrate 30 years of service, according to a Patch calendar listing, as Town Hall continued laying groundwork for a 2027 overhaul of trash collection.
TOWN HALL
The town's waste collection overhaul remained in motion this week: a News Flash posted Wednesday said officials are preparing a modernized collection program for summer 2027 meant to control rising costs and cut waste, and reiterated that residents can attend an upcoming meeting to weigh in on which option they prefer, a continuation of the process outlined in recent town updates.
