CARLISLE — Carlisle has set a Special Town Meeting for Monday, Nov. 16, in the Corey Auditorium and Cafeteria at Carlisle Public School, where voters will decide Community Preservation Committee grant requests for fiscal year 2027.

TOWN HALL

The Special Town Meeting announcement, posted this week on the town's News & Alerts feed, gives residents a firm date and location for the fall session. The Community Preservation Committee's fiscal 2027 grant applications, due by noon on Aug. 14, will come before voters at that Nov. 16 meeting, tying the town's funding cycle directly to the November session.

COMING UP

The Municipal Facilities Committee meets in hybrid format on Thursday, Aug. 6, the same day the Conservation Commission holds a remote meeting. On Monday, Aug. 10, the town will conduct voting equipment testing ahead of the State Primary, and the Planning Board meets in hybrid format that evening.
