At the March 25 meeting, members reached informal consensus on four merchandise items — 150 challenge coins, 500 coloring books, 100 pairs of socks, and 48 green-and-white umbrellas — to be formally priced and voted on at a future meeting; a vendor identified as Steve was asked to submit pricing by email. The committee confirmed its cash calendar fundraiser will begin distribution April 1 at one for $10 or three for $20, with daily prizes through May.
