The Office of the Collector of Taxes has issued a formal Notice of Tax Taking set for Monday, June 30, 2026, at 12 p.m. at Town Hall. Property owners with outstanding balances should act before that deadline to avoid the consequences of a tax taking, which can affect title to real property.
