Ashland Select Board Makes Six Appointments, Launches Capital Planning Committee

Ashland Select Board seats two members of a new Capital Improvements Program committee and approves four other appointments in a busy session. The board also approved Michael Mitchell to the Zoning Board of Adjustment for three years, Elena Bell as a library trustee for one year, unanimously authorized placement of a Revolutionary War monument in the Thompson Street cemetery at no cost to the town, and voted to forgive $5.04 in disputed tax interest.
