Ashland Library Packs Thursday and Friday With Family and Adult Programs

A cluster of library events and town board meetings fills Ashland's calendar this week, with no major municipal announcements from Town Hall in the past 24 to 48 hours.
COMMUNITY & ARTS
The Ashland Public Library has a busy stretch ahead. On Thursday, June 25, the library hosts two family programs: "Make Me a Story" for children ages three to seven with a caregiver, and "Potato Party" for families. Also on Thursday, the library presents a virtual "Art on Thursday" lecture, "The Power of Pigment: Understanding Color in Art," for those who prefer to tune in from home.
Friday, June 26 brings additional programming, including "ABC Adventures" for children ages three to six with a caregiver, an in-person "Mindful Meditation" session for adults only, and a family outdoor movie event — "Flicknic: The SpongeBob Movie: Search for SquarePants" — rounding out the week's community offerings.
Separately, the SuAsCo Climate Collaborative hosts an in-person community meeting Thursday, June 25, titled "Planning for Climate Resilience," open to Ashland-area residents interested in regional climate planning.
