Ashby Transfer Station Permit Deadline Falls This Tuesday, July 1

Residents who have not yet purchased a transfer station permit have one day left: the town's deadline to buy is July 1, which falls this Tuesday — making this weekend the final window to secure access to the Ashby Recycle Center & Transfer Station for the coming year.

The town's annual transfer station permit deadline lands July 1. Permits cost $50 per year and are available through two purchase options listed on the town website. Residents who miss the deadline risk losing access to the transfer station until they complete their purchase.

The town is also still accepting applications for a part-time seasonal Cemetery Worker to assist with maintenance of Ashby's three town cemeteries. Interested residents can submit their name, contact information, and any relevant experience to Barbara Thorpe at tabos@ashbyma.gov or by calling 978-386-2424, extension 123.
