Acton-Westford PrideFest Returns to NARA Park Saturday With Free Three-Hour Celebration

The Annual Acton-Westford PrideFest, set for Saturday at NARA Park, headlines a busy stretch of summer programming for the town, with the Select Board also convening this evening and an Independence Day celebration already on the horizon.

TOWN HALL

The town is promoting two signature summer gatherings in quick succession. This Saturday, June 27, the Annual Acton-Westford PrideFest runs from noon to 3 p.m. at NARA Park's Thomas E. Tidman Amphitheater — a free, community-wide celebration welcoming all residents.

Looking a week further out, the town has announced its 2026 Independence Day Celebration on Wednesday, July 2, at NARA Park. Doors open at 4 p.m. with food vendors, inflatables, free beach access, and games; live music starts at 8 p.m. and a laser light show closes out the evening. The event is free and open to all.

Tonight, the Select Board and the Economic Development Committee are both scheduled to meet.

COMMUNITY & ARTS

The Acton Public Library's summer calendar continues to build. Children can pick up one of the weekly Grab & Go craft kits in the Children's Room today, Friday, June 26, while supplies last.

This weekend also brings the Great American Campout to the town calendar (Saturday–Sunday, June 27–28), and the Hosmer House Open House is listed for Saturday, June 27.
